Kids Healthy Eating - 9 Tips
Why are Kids picky eaters. Is it Psychological or Physical. In my humble opinion, I think it is both. I give some tips to help get your kids eating healthier. This is so important. Kids are drawn into eating so many Unhealthy foods, even at school. At home is our chance to change their path to Health.
Some of the tips are psychological. For instance, let them see you "Spoiling" yourself by drinking a Healthy Smoothie in front of them and Have them beg you for it. Make a smoothie as desirable as an ice cream cone. It is too me and I was an ice cream fanantic.
Hide the really healthy ingredients or even omit them at first. Slowly add them in. After they taste the smoothie and LOVE it, have them Proudly add the healthy ingredients.
