I show you where you can buy the same knife that I have for 45% OFF and I show you less expensive Wusthof Knives with a great sharp blade but the handle isn't quite as comfortable. I remember when I was choosing my knife, it was a bit hard to spend more just on the handle but since I cut up a lot of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, I splurged. I would rather have this one and only knife than a whole set of less expensive knives. I now have 2 and for me, that is all I really need.
